Project Highlights:

• Performed demolition and abatement of a 220,000-square-foot former textile plant situated on a 7-acre Superfund site.
• Demolished a boiler house with three boilers, an underground steam tunnel, support structures, a pumphouse, water cisterns, and a 250,000-gallon fire suppression water tank.
• Completed asbestos abatement of TSI, caulking, and transite siding in the main warehouse, boiler house, and steam tunnel.
• Performed wet demolition of asbestos roofing in select areas due to structurally unsafe roof decking.
