• The parking garage’s post-tensioned concrete ramps and decks required a methodical, section-by-section demolition, with all elevated slabs safely lowered for complete processing.
• Daily coordination with local authorities and police ensured safety and smooth traffic flow, minimizing disruption for commuters, pedestrians, and nearby businesses.
• Recycled approximately 4,000 tons of concrete to an off-site facility.
