Project Highlights:

• Demolition of a 130,000 SF multi-level parking garage located within an active, heavily populated college campus surrounded by dormitories.
• Performed select demolition and saw cutting to preserve the entire east exterior wall and portions of the north and south walls, accommodating hillside conditions and supporting the university’s future construction.
• Removed approximately 10,000 tons of PCB bulk product concrete waste to an off-site facility and approximately 4,000 tons of clean, non-hazardous soil.
