US 1 Over Route 276, Bucks County, Pennsylvania
We have reached the midpoint of the week, which means it is time for Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is highlighting a bridge demolition project in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Sessler Wrecking was tasked with the demolition and removal of the US 1 over Route 276. Our crew used saw-cutting techniques to break the concrete bridge deck into movable sections and remove the parapet siding. Once the main deck and siding were dismantled, our bridge experts removed the fascia girders and piers, completing the cleanup process safely and efficiently.
To minimize disruption to travelers, the work was conducted at night, reducing traffic conflicts. As always, safety was our top priority, and this project was completed without any incidents or injuries.
