Wrecking Wednesday has rolled around once more! This week, Sessler Wrecking is highlighting the multiple demolition projects at the Southeast Towers in Rochester, NY.
Sessler Wrecking handled the demolition and building separation of the Community Building, and a 40-unit wing directly connected to the Southeast Towers. This intricate process demanded careful planning and precise execution to safely remove the structures without disrupting the active apartment units, utilities, and the surrounding community. Additionally, our expert team also demolished a nearby parking garage, clearing the way for future redevelopment.
The project was completed safely, following strict working restrictions, all while staying on schedule and within budget.
