Did you know Sessler Wrecking provides additional support services beyond building and bridge demolition? This week, we are highlighting our site preparation and clearing capabilities and how our team and equipment can help prepare a property for its next phase.
For this project, Sessler Wrecking was tasked with preparing approximately 153 acres of vacant woodland for future development. Utilizing GPS technology and specialized equipment from our fleet, crews cleared trees and brush throughout the site.
After clearing, crews excavated and graded the property and constructed two large stormwater retention basins, demonstrating our ability to handle comprehensive sitework and transform undeveloped land for future use.
