Sessler Wrecking, one of the nation’s leading demolition and wrecking contractors, has expanded to the Carolinas with a Southeast Division.

Headquartered in the Seneca County village of Waterloo, Sessler Wrecking has established the new office in Rock Hill, S.C., to serve the greater Charlotte, N.C., region and beyond. The expansion will allow Sessler to meet customer needs and bring services to a broader clientele.

“We are thrilled to embark on this exciting journey of expansion,” Jeff Sessler, principal at Sessler Wrecking, said in a news release. “Our team has consistently demonstrated the highest standards of safety and project efficiencies, setting industry benchmarks and earning the trust of our clients and partners.

“Responding to calls and interest from clients and new business partners, we saw a strategic opportunity to strengthen our existing services with our new Southeast Division.”

Mark Frank, who has more than three decades of experience in the demolition and environmental services industries, has joined the Sessler team as director of Southeast wrecking.

Ed Vernier will be director of southeast operations, drawing on over 35 years of executive management experience in the demolition, environmental and rigging industries.

A family owned and operated specialty contractor, Sessler Wrecking focuses on bridge, building and industrial demolition, marine services, environmental services and site preparation. The firm was ranked No. 14 in ENR’s 2023 ranking of the nation’s Top 20 Demolition & Wrecking Contractors.
