In 2021, Sessler Wrecking demolished an 810,000 square foot commercial facility in Rochester, NY to clear the way for a new Amazon warehouse.

This project had a very tight 40-day deadline. A project of this magnitude would normally take months to complete, however, Sessler Wrecking was up for the challenge.

Sessler Wrecking crews had over 20 pieces of equipment operating simultaneously, requiring extreme coordination and attention to detail by the project superintendent, crews, and subcontractors.

Over 90 trucks per day were carrying out recycled material and debris from the site.

Unexpected challenges, such as much larger areas of concrete were discovered during the demolition process, but Sessler crews were efficiently able to remove the concrete and never created a delay to the completion of the project.

Sessler Wrecking completed this job in 35 days, 5 days ahead of the 40 day deadline.
