Your weekly dose of demolition is back with a new Wrecking Wednesday. This week, Sessler Wrecking is highlighting a bridge demolition in Eastern Pennsylvania.

Sessler Wrecking was tasked with the demolition of the Old Lincoln Highway to I-276 Bridge. To protect the roadway below, dozens of loads of cover were strategically placed as our excavators and loaders efficiently took down the 140-foot concrete box beam bridge. The full removal was fast-tracked and completed on schedule, highlighting our team’s expertise, precision, and commitment to safety.

To minimize disruption to travelers, all work was conducted at night, significantly reducing traffic conflicts. Demonstrating our commitment to sustainability, 100% of the bridge’s steel and concrete materials were carefully recycled.
