This week’s Wrecking Wednesday highlights Sessler’s bridge demolition capabilities and efficiency!
Sessler crews demolished this bridge on a heavily traveled portion of the New York State Thruway which crossed over an active railroad line connecting to a nearby major manufacturing facility, as part of the I-90 Reconstruction Project. Additionally, as a requirement of this project, all demolition and cleanup needed to be conducted in less than 36 hours!
Utilizing Sessler Wrecking’s patented wing trailer system and five excavators, crews demolished the span of the bridge during the sweltering July heat.
Sessler Wrecking was able to complete this project on time with minimal disruption.
