Shake off those midweek blues, it is time for another exciting edition of Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is highlighting the demolition of the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center in Utica, New York.
This project demanded meticulous planning and precise execution to safely and efficiently manage structures of varying sizes and conditions. Our team carried out controlled friable demolition on two of the buildings, while the other two buildings underwent demolition combined with conventional abatement procedures.
Once the demolition phase was successfully completed, our crew restored the site to prepare it for future use. This work included extensive grading, seeding, and the installation of new asphalt and concrete surfaces.
