Sessler Wrecking conducted the demolition of two structurally condemned buildings located on the former J.T. Baker Chemical Site in Penn Yan, New York. The scope of the work included the preparation, demolition, site restoration, and site cleanup.

These buildings were located near both the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail and the Keuka Lake Outlet, therefore, our building demolition experts had to work safely to limit the interference with pedestrian traffic. In addition, our crew installed a temporary debris containment system along the water edges to prevent the debris entering the water.

As always, safety was the main priority, and this project was completed with zero injuries or safety incidents.
