CRH Concrete Plant, Buffalo, New York
Hello Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is highlighting an industrial demolition of the CRH Concrete Plant in Buffalo, New York.
Sessler Wrecking undertook the task of demolishing eight buildings. These structures included a variety of concrete buildings including a former raw structure, loading facilities, an aged clinker, and load out silos towering up to 85 feet. Additionally, the scope of work involved asbestos abatement.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also implemented concrete crushing techniques, leaving reusable materials on-site whenever possible.
To execute the project efficiently, our crew utilized specialized equipment such as an ultra-high reach Volvo demolition excavator and a 50-ton Komatsu excavators equipped with hammers and hydraulic shears, demonstrating our expertise in handling complex demolition tasks.
Safety remained our top priority throughout the project, and our crew completed it without any incidents or injuries.
