Bridge Replacement Over I-476, Skippack, Pennsylvania

It is that time of the week for Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is highlighting two bridge replacements over I-476 in Skippack, Pennsylvania.

Sessler Wrecking was tasked with the deck and structural steel removal for the replacement of two bridges on Steinsburg Road and Trumbauersville Road over I-476. Sessler crews conducted the deck removal followed by crane picks for the steel removal. Sessler also utilized under decking and our patented overhang brackets for the deck removal procedure.

Our bridge demolition experts had to work safely and efficiently to limit interfering with the traveling public, which meant that portions of the projects were to be conducted during the night hours to reduce conflict with traffic.
