Michael Pavone

Michael Pavone is a Safety & Compliance Manager; he is responsible for implementing proactive approaches to accident prevention with the safety team and project supervisors, as well as ensuring that all company and federal policies are being followed by all employees.

Michael has over twenty years of experience in Construction Safety Management.  Prior to joining Sessler Wrecking in 2023, Michael worked for a construction company where he was responsible for the overall safety program of the Northeast region.  He is also a veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management from the University of Akron.

When not working, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his family, and watching Syracuse Orange basketball and football.  He is a member of the Wounded Warriors Project, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Clear Path for Veterans.  Michael resides in Manlius, NY with his wife and three children.
