LaVerne Sessler

LaVerne Sessler is a part of the third-generation leadership team at Sessler Wrecking.  He assists with project bidding and estimating, reporting on projects and equipment usage, and helping manage the financial decisions within the company.  LaVerne is also part of the family management team of all Sessler companies.

LaVerne has ten years of experience in the construction and demolition industry.  Before joining Sessler, LaVerne worked for a diverse range of organizations such as Dubai Contracting Company LLC in Dubai, U.A.E, GE Transportation in Chicago, IL, and Hunter Roberts Construction Group in New York, NY.  In his previous positions, he was responsible for Project Management, Superintendent, Design Engineering, and Business Development responsibilities.

LaVerne has an MBA from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and a bachelor’s in Civil & Environmental Engineering, also from Syracuse University.  He lives in Fairport, NY with his wife, Marissa, and his daughter, Charlotte.

When not working, LaVerne enjoys golfing, boating and motorcycling in the summers and skiing during the winters. Laverne and his family are active in the local community organizations and non-profits.
