Webster Water Tank, Webster, New York
We’re back with a special festive edition of Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is spotlighting the demolition of a trickling filter water tank in Webster, New York.
Sessler Wrecking was tasked with demolishing the 125-foot-diameter, 10-foot-tall tank at the Webster Wastewater Treatment Plant. The structure featured concrete exterior walls with an aluminum dome roof and contained 8,000 tons of rock media material that had to be removed during demolition.
Our team also mobilized a haul truck to transport the rock material to an adjacent on-site location, where the client could crush and reuse it for other work.
Thanks to the dedication and expertise of our crew, the demolition was completed safely, efficiently, and ahead of schedule, highlighting the professionalism and reliability that define Sessler Wrecking.
