Hello Wrecking Wednesday! This week, Sessler Wrecking is showcasing the demolition of the former Remington Mills Paper Mill in Watertown, New York.
Sessler Wrecking was assigned the project of demolishing and clearing the concrete and stone from the long-abandoned Paper Mill. The deterioration of the former paper mill over time led to portions of the building collapsing, resulting in debris entering the Black River. Our expert crew had to exercise great care during the demolition to avoid any further debris from contaminating the river.
As is the case with all Sessler Wrecking projects, safety remained the topmost priority, and we successfully completed the job without any injuries or safety incidents.
