Sessler Companies is seeking a dynamic Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! This position will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization by attracting top talent and fostering employee retention across all regions.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of Sessler Companies.
- Create engaging job advertisements/postings to attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to identify top talent.
- Coordinate and lead interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Represent Sessler Companies at career fairs, trade shows, and other talent acquisition events.
- Design and implement employee retention plans to foster engagement and long-term satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee internship programs, including recruitment and coordination.
- Maintain and manage an internal resume database for current and future recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with company objectives.
Qualifications needed:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
- Willingness to travel for career fairs, trade shows, and recruitment events as needed.
Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000-$80,000
