Sessler Wrecking is looking for a Marketing Coordinator!

Sessler’s corporate headquarters is in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York.  Consideration will be given to working at our Rochester, NY area office as well.

Objectives and responsibilities of this role:

  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
  • Creates, manages, and distributes creative marketing content and material to support business development team and branding objectives through ads (digital & traditional), social media channels, newsletters, brochures, website content, blogs, video & photo projects, tradeshows, and career fairs.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, including developing content and graphics.
  • Create branded advertising campaigns and design content.
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with developing and managing internal and external communication systems.
  • Maintains stock of all promotional materials and inventory. Responsible for placing orders and verifying receipt.


Qualifications needed:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of progressive (digital & traditional) marketing, communication, and lead experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office. Social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and email marketing (Constant Contact) experience is required. Graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud) and website development (WordPress) are preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies with the ability to plan, implement, and measure results for branding, digital marketing, and lead generation.
  • Must possess a deep understanding of data analytics and the ability to turn data into useful insights that lead to evolving behaviors and actions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  • Must be able to maintain calendars and databases.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to work independently.
