Melissa Kunes

Melissa Kunes is a Project Manager; she is responsible for assisting the building demolition division with project coordination, contract reviews, and submitting project proposals.

Melissa has over 8 years of experience in building and civil construction. Prior to joining Sessler in 2022, Melissa was an assistant project manager responsible for bidding, overseeing projects, subcontracts, field documentation and budgeting for various construction firms.

Melissa obtained two associates degrees from Monroe Community College, attended Rochester Institute of Technology and graduated with her bachelors degree from SUNY Empire State. She is currently pursuing her MBA from SUNY Empire State.

She lives in Fairport, New York with her husband and their two kids. When Melissa’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, riding horses and is a local Girl Scout leader.
